The Extension Pack...

(the framework for a business contained in a case)

The short course can stand alone, but for those wishing to go further, an A3 case is supplied at the end of the two days with ideas, examples, and guidance, on developing the new curated image way to decorate and - if so desired - mould it into a small business. The pack explains in more detail how imaginative room schemes can be created quickly and easily using the system and then identifies the various applications - from room schemes in boxes to illustrating potential home improvements (as shown in the summer house above).

Some have gone on to set up very successful businesses, but expectations must be tempered as it is just a two day course that happens to come with a framework for a business - so it is up to the individual to develop thereafter. Despite there being no guarantee of success, it is a big step up from starting from scratch with a USB stick full of curated images, start-up guidance notes, practical help (including a printable invoice with a professionally designed pretty ribbon that is transferable to business cards etc), and some case studies.

The information in the case (and on the memory stick) represent years of research and development, hours of preparation, and has copyright protection. Furthermore, the business is a UK registered learning provider, so the cost of the course is a tax allowable business expense for start-ups and the self-employed.

Others just put it in a cupboard to enjoy when they have more time for a hobby, to help family and friends, or for when they sell or buy their own or a second property.
